Warranty
We provide a manufacturer's warranty on all items up to 45 days from the invoice date. This covers all manufacturers’
defects within 45 days of delivery but does not cover damage resulting from misuse like exposure to extreme temperature,
negligence, wrong assembly, accidental wear and tear, unauthorized repair, etc. If your item arrives and you discover
any major defects or a damaged piece just give us a call and we will schedule you a Customer Service visit to replace
the damaged piece or item, no problem!
If you trash your boxes/wrappings, the Warranty will still be honored as
long as you meet the above terms. The Warranty covers damaged items
caused by the manufacture/Furniture2go only. The conditions of the
Warranty does not apply to the Exchange/Refund Policy.
Please make all arrangements and inquiries to our offices and not to our delivery
team. We will be happy to help you.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange your order for a different item you can reorder and schedule a new drop-off date. However, after
signing the invoice, all exchanges must be made within 3 days and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any item(s) already
used/assembled or without factory packaging does not qualify for the exchange/refund policy.
All boxes and wrappings must be opened correctly. Please do not rip, tear
or trash any boxes/wrappings until you are satisfied with your products.
In-case of a return/exchange you must have the boxes/wrappings in the same
condition as received.
All items must be in the
original factory packaging as it was received. A representative will schedule a pickup of the items at the
next available opportunity.
Refund
If you are not satisfied with your item after receiving and signing for it and you simply wish to refund your purchase
instead of exchanging for another piece, you must notify F2Go within 3 days of the invoice date. Your purchase will be
refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. Please note that all items must be returned in the manner they were received and in
the original factory packaging. Any item(s) already used/assembled or without factory packaging does not qualify for the
exchange/refund policy.
